JobSecured.co.uk provides job application services including but not limited to:

• Professional CV creation and optimization
• Job matching and application submission
• Cover letter writing and customization
• Interview preparation and support
• Application tracking and status updates
• Job search assistance and guidance

We act as a service provider to assist with your job search and application process. We do not guarantee job offers or interviews, as all hiring decisions are made by employers. Our service focuses on optimizing your applications and increasing your chances of success.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your qualifications, experience, and employment history
• Submit all required documents and information in a timely manner
• Pay all applicable fees as agreed
• Attend scheduled interviews arranged through our service
• Comply with all employment and job application requirements
• Notify us of any changes to your contact information or availability

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required as specified in your chosen service package. All fees are non-refundable once services have commenced, except as outlined in our Refund Policy (Section 6).

Payment can be made securely through our website using accepted payment methods. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated.

5. Service Limitations

While we provide expert guidance and assistance, we cannot guarantee:

• Job offers or employment (all hiring decisions are made by employers)
• Specific response times from employers (these vary by company and position)
• Interview outcomes or job placement
• Availability of specific job positions or industries

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed under the following circumstances:

• Full Refund: If we are unable to commence services within 7 days of payment, you may request a full refund.
• Partial Refund: If services are partially completed, refunds will be calculated based on services not yet rendered, minus a 20% administrative fee.
• No Refund: Once services have been fully rendered, no refunds will be provided, regardless of visa outcome.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of payment. Processing time for refunds is 14-21 business days. Refunds will not be provided based on job application outcomes, as we cannot control employer hiring decisions.

7. Data Protection

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement security measures to protect your data, but you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property on our website and in our documentation remain the property of AF TRAVELS LONDON LTD. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AF TRAVELS LONDON LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to job application rejections, interview outcomes, employment termination, or missed opportunities.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
